1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy complies with Finnish Consumer Protection Act and EU Consumer Rights Directive.

2. 14-Day Withdrawal Right (Finland & EU)

Finnish and EU consumers have the right to withdraw from purchases within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

2.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unopened with intact seal
  • Original packaging must be undamaged
  • Product must not have been used or consumed
  • All labels and documentation must be included

Important: For health and hygiene reasons, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

2.3 Return Shipping

You pay return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error. We recommend tracked shipping with insurance.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Timeline

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

3.2 Refund Amount

You receive a full refund including:

  • Product purchase price
  • Standard delivery costs (if applicable)

Not refunded:

  • Return shipping costs (unless product defect or our error)
  • Express shipping upgrades

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at chat@sharvexxaz.world with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will provide a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.

5. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened dietary supplements (hygiene reasons)
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items marked as "final sale"
  • Gift cards

7. How to Return

  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our return instructions
  4. Pack product securely in original packaging
  5. Ship to the address we provide
  6. Keep tracking number and shipping receipt

8. Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

9. Order Cancellation

9.1 Before Shipment

Contact us immediately at chat@sharvexxaz.world. If not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund your order.

9.2 After Shipment

Once shipped, you cannot cancel. You may refuse delivery or return the product after receiving it.

10. Refund Delays

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank (processing may take 5-10 business days)

11. International Returns (Outside Finland)

For EU customers, the same 14-day withdrawal right applies. For non-EU customers, contact us for specific return procedures. International return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is defective.

12. Consumer Rights in Finland

Under Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have additional rights:

  • Right to complain about defects within 2 years of purchase
  • Right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund for defective products

14. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returns made within the 14-day withdrawal period when products are returned in original, unopened condition.
